Three Levels of Personalized Care
Level One
Sleeptracker-AI® Expert

Contactless, Undermattress Sleep Sensors
Fullpower® Sleep by Sleeptracker-AI® collects data effortlessly each night without wearables, charging, or disruption, capturing:
Sleep Stages
Heart and Breath Rate
Snoring, Arousals, and Awakenings
Heart Rate Variability
Room Temperature
Air Quality and Humidity
It can also monitor two sleepers in the same bed separately.

Stanford Validated
Published in Sleep Medicine

Fullpower® Sleep by Sleeptracker-AI® uses advanced biosensing and algorithms to monitor sleep patterns, heart and breathing metrics, and other biometrics. Validated in collaboration with Stanford Sleep Medicine, the system aligns closely with gold-standard polysomnography. While not diagnostic, it delivers reliable insights for wellness and sleep optimization.
By tracking your sleep over time, we can identify trends, measure the impact of interventions, and tailor treatments to your evolving needs.
Clinically Validated by Stanford in Sleep Medicine
The Fullpower® Sleep by Sleeptracker-AI® Monitor has demonstrated high agreement with polysomnography in estimating sleep stages, according to published research. It also shows promise in identifying patterns consistent with disrupted breathing during sleep. While not a diagnostic tool, it offers a high level of accuracy for consumer wellness monitoring.

Arousal Index

A standout feature of the Fullpower® Sleep by Sleeptracker-AI® is its Arousal Index, a wellness innovation that sets it apart from other sleep trackers. This feature offers a comprehensive understanding of the brief sleep disturbances known as arousals that momentarily interrupt your sleep without fully waking you. These subtle interruptions can impact how restorative your sleep feels, even if you are unaware they are happening.
Below is an overview of factors known to cause EEG-detectable sleep arousals.
-
Obstructive sleep apnea
Central sleep apnea
Upper airway resistance syndrome
Snoring with inspiratory flow limitation
Cheyne-Stokes respiration
High-altitude periodic breathing
PAP headgear discomfort
PAP tubing noise or device airflow
PAP pressure intolerance (e.g., high, low, auto-ramp)
-
Periodic limb movements of sleep
Restless legs syndrome
Epileptic discharges or nocturnal seizures
REM sleep behavior disorder
Parasomnias (e.g., sleepwalking, night terrors, confusional arousals)

Performance Potential Index
Parasympathetic Nervous System Recovery

Fullpower® Sleep by Sleeptracker-AI® also provides a unique Performance Potential Index (PPI) based on your sleep data. This wellness metric synthesizes sleep quality and vital signs to estimate how well your body recovered overnight, reflecting the activity of your parasympathetic nervous system. The PPI helps you gauge your readiness for the day and reflects your ability to push through or take it slow based on how well you recovered overnight. The closer your PPI is to 100, the stronger your potential for focus, energy, and performance. This personalized score is based on several nights of sleep, with AI models combining key dimensions from your most recent sleep.
Key components of the PPI include:
● RMSSD and SDNN HRV (Heart Rate Variability)
RMSSD (Root Mean Square of Successive Differences) measures short-term heart rate variability and primarily reflects parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) activity, making it helpful in assessing recovery and relaxation. SDNN (Standard Deviation of Normal-to-Normal intervals) captures overall heart rate variability over time, incorporating both sympathetic and parasympathetic influences, and offers a broader view of autonomic balance. HRV is negatively correlated with poor sleep quality as it reflects the parasympathetic nervous system's state of recovery. A percentile score relative to production data is used in the final PPI calculation.
● Arousal Event Rate
Represents sleep fragmentation. Frequent arousals can impair both physical and cognitive recovery. Percentile-based comparison with production data informs the final PPI score.
● Out-of-Bed Rate
Tracks time spent out of bed during the night. Like arousals, these interruptions degrade sleep quality. Percentile scoring is applied against production baselines.
● Breathing Anomaly Index
Reflects respiratory irregularities (e.g., from sleep apnea), which are linked to conditions like asthma. Compared to historical population data to derive a percentile-based score.
● Expected HR
A proprietary metric estimating the heart rate expected 3⁄4 through the night via linear regression. It improves resting HR estimations for short-duration sleep, outperforming mean or median methods.
● HR Decile in Low
Measures time spent in the lowest HR zone (between nightly minimum and a defined HR_THRESHOLD of 5 at time of writing). Indicates physical stress levels prior to sleep and is positively associated with recovery.
● Sleep Shape
A proprietary AI-clustered analysis of heart rate trends throughout the night using vectorized segmented regression. Sleep shapes serve as markers of autonomic recovery quality.
